CANCELLATION POLICY

Timeless Salon & Spa understands that sometimes schedules change. We therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.

A credit card on File is required for all appointments. Your credit card information securely on file with Timeless Salon and Spa. 
In providing us with your credit card information, you are giving Timeless Salon and Spa permission to automatically charge your credit card on file for No-show appointments, appointments not amended with 24 hours of initial reservation, outstanding balances, services, and/or products. Fees for services rendered are due at the time of your appointment in the Spa. No-show fees and reservations amended without 24 (twenty-four) hour notice will be charged within 2 (two) business days of the initial reservation.

You may still choose to make your payment for in studio services by cash or a card different from the credit card on file. A copy of the charge will be given or emailed to you. 

The card holder may also revoke this consent at any time in writing while understanding that continued services may not be available if a credit card is not on file.    
   
*No-show appointments (100% service price), appointments not amended within 24 hours (50% service price). 
*We always send out appointment confirmation and reminder via Email and/or Text. Please make sure to response to avoid charges.


TIERED POLICY

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid losing the deposit. 

LATENESS POLICY

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will lose the deposit. .

POLICY TO PROTECT CLIENTS

Our salon values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Salon need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honour 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

SALON POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Here at Timeless Salon & Spa we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon/Spa Loyal Clients are given one (1) grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows. Please inquire at our location on how to sign up for free today!

FLEXIBLE SALON POLICY

Here at Timeless Salon & Spa we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

SERVICE POLICY

All services are non-refundable. If a guest has an issue, there are 72 hours from the time of the original service to request an adjustment at no charge. If you have “changed your mind” this is not considered a re-do and charges will apply. 

PRODUCT RETURNS

Products can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase. Must be unused and in original packaging

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on hair extensions and all hygiene products.
